I told you Chuck gets all the girls! All races AND ages! In all honesty, she might have been the best dancer there though! She whipped Chuckie's butt on the dance floor!

Mr. Brian, the man of the evening!

Girls Just Wanna Have Fun!

This picture might have summed up our table best. Notice Beth in the background (left) loving it!

And Slits McGee had to get into the act. Nice eyes, where's your fortune cookie?

But all the ladies at the table were into it...

Who knows what were were doing

And the silliness begins

As was the Stz

Jimmy Wojner and his fiance Kristina were also at our table!

After the cake was cut, things started to get a little wild, as Rich was, well, being Rich.

Also at our table was Beth (Rich's fiance), Rich and Kristin... along with great friend Dorsey!

There were some tough times as well, like when Kate and Chuck had the first dance.

Miss Kate, err Mrs. Schermerhorn now, was lookin' fine as usual!

Chuckie and Rich

I don't really know what this part of the Greek Wedding means, but every woman at the reception went up and gave Brian the groom a kiss! Opa!

The funny thing, was that they really wouldn't leave him alone all night. Me being a good friend, I encouraged the girls to stay after him, and get many pictures taken with him, like this one!

As usual Chuck was the ladies man, trying to meet as many females as possible. Of course, they were NINE! Chuckie, they're flower girls!

Their first dance

The leader of the bunch (and the bride's beautiful mother, Mama J!)

And of course I saved a dance for Chuckie's grandmother! The big 90th bday is coming up for her!

Off to dinner we went, hooking up with Kristin along the way

Everyone was blowing bubbles on the kids as they came out of the church! Held at the Greek Orthodox Church, East Longmeadow, Mass., Saturday, July 30th, 2005

Mr. and Mrs. Kate Schermerhorn!!

The Cowbell is IN!

I got a fever... And the only prescription, is more cowbell.

Immediately following the 4th of July, and continuing across our trip of upstate NY, I became obsessed with the Saturday Night Live skit about Blue Oyster Cult and MORE COWBELL! Here's what I got, on one of the funniest skits ever!
Here's the link to video!

A link to the Cowbell song database listing every song that features a cowbell! Or, if you're looking for an early Christmas gift, might I suggest a More Cowbell t-shirt!

And even though it first aired five years ago (April of 2000), it's still not a mainstream thing. The Boston Globe has a nice article from the end of April about how there are local groups at BU called the Committee for the Advancement of Cowbell. I even found some kind of music organizing program called More Cowbell.

Let's just all agree, the Cowbell is here to stay!

We spent the night in Oneonta, N.Y. our last night, outside of Cooperstown, and stumbeled upon Hartwick College, which had a pretty cool view overlooking the region. Maybe if the kid with the green beads would move, you could see the view!

Old Santee Canal Park - Site of the first US Canal, and South Carolina's Finest!

Apparently this is where I sleep when I go to visit S.C.

Smiling Faces, Beautiful Places... what a great state South Carolina proposes to be! My question is, Is my sister now a Southern Belle?

BFF!

Also available in red!

Of course Adam bought it for wifey...

And I know these photos are starting to jump around, but just deal with it, no one forced you to look at them! This is quite possibly the greatest t-shirt ever made, and we saw it in Cooperstown, N.Y.

The Festival also featured, what I belived to be, the tallest ice cream at the event.

You don't care, Adam and I had to go to Syracuse to get a picture with one of our favorite people!

Adam giving the camera his, "I love this" face. oh-ho!

This was at the Empire State Brewing Festival in Syracuse, N.Y. which was the Friday night highlight of our trip... It went from 5-10 pm, featured over 300 beers you could sample and live music of six / eight different bands! It was definitely worth the $25! Note, this photo was of some cool building that was on the other side of Clinton Square. Our event was held at Clinton Square, I just like this building.

Clicky-Mc-Camera was my name for the day, and I'm nominating this photo as one of my best ever. Check out the cool reflection!

We also stopped by the Mineral Springs in Saratoga, completely random, I just wanted to get into see the SPAC (Saratoga Performing Arts Center, like the Meadows or Tweeter Center of upstate NY) and we found this place.

Interesting note, all over the town of Saratoga, there are these horses painted all different ways... I loved it! I also loved the town, I think a return trip is necessary!

Especially when racing season is in session! Beginning toward the end of July, and going to the end of August, it's just six weeks long!

And away she went, fare well old friend!

We then ceremonially cut Foamy loose... it was kind of like shooting Old Yeller... (tear) she had gone with us through out the whole trip!

Complete with Foamy, the three of us arrived ended our journey in one piece, on a very happy note!

We made a stop over in Amherst, Mass., and at least got a photo outside McMurphy's. The greatest establishment I've ever been in.

They were definitely a family-run operation and are celebrating their 10th annivsary this year!

We then finished the Brewery portion of our tours at Cooperstown Brewing (the Beer with Balls) located in nearby Milford, N.Y.

Later in the afternoon we went to Brewery Ommegang on the outskirts of town. They only make Belguin-sytle ales.
